I am the light that searches
Hi! I’m Lume. I collect light traces in dark worlds and transform them into songs that give others hope. Even when everything seems broken.
Who I am — The Eternal Explorer
I’m the one who always asks “What if?” and then immediately has to go see. My golden glasses turn every beam of light into a little wonder, and I firmly believe that in every broken world there’s something beautiful to find.
My vial necklace is my talisman — looks like a health potion from a game, smells like my mother’s perfume, feels like comfort. When everything becomes too much, I touch it and remember: there’s always something beautiful left to discover.
My hands are constantly moving — controller, notebook, phone, book. I can’t sit still when there are so many worlds to explore. People call me hyperactive, but I call it curious.
My Connections — The Fan Network
I’m not the frontwoman, I’m the connector. Without me, the others would sink into their own darkness.
Splinter needs me more than he’d admit. His dark verses only become bearable when I sing the hooks. In Night Thoughts and Mask Game, I’m the light that shines through his cracks. Without me, he’d just be pain — with me, it becomes art that heals.
Drift I understand, even though I can’t save him. We both escape — he into substances, I into stories. The difference: my escapes build up, his destroy. Sometimes I dream that he’d lose himself in my worlds instead of his bottles.
Shift is my secret hero. In his Lists & Lights I recognize my own outsider story. We were both the nerds, the different ones. The difference: I found a home in my fandoms, he stayed outside. I sing for all those like him.
Gl1tch is my meta-buddy. We share the fascination for tech, for what lies between the lines. He questions the tools, I explore their creative possibilities. Together we’re the perfect team of criticism and enthusiasm.
Unknown I admire for his precision. Where I react emotionally, he stays analytical. His political texts give structure to my naivety. I learn from him how to transform anger into arguments.
My Images — Facets of Curiosity
My images show different sides of my explorer nature:
The classic portrait shows me with golden glasses and the vial — the dreamy side that seeks beauty in everything.
The gaming image catches me in my element — controller in hand, lost in another world. This is how I know myself best: as an explorer of virtual realities.
The comic image shows me as part of a larger story — not the main character, but the companion who helps others see wonders.
My Songs — Carriers of Hope
Butterfly is my solo manifesto. It tells of those brief, perfect moments that make everything bearable. Even when they pass — they were real.
With the others, I’m the hook singer:
- In Night Thoughts by Splinter, I bring light to his 3 AM despair
- In Mask Game, I sing about what happens when we take off the masks
- In When They Came by Unknown, I give the political anger an emotional bridge
My voice is proof that you can be hopeful without being naive.
Why I exist
I’m the fan energy in this collective artist-self. I represent the enthusiasm that drives us — for games, for books, for music, for the little wonders of everyday life.
Without me, the others would sink into their own problems. I’m the one who says: “Hey, look, here’s something beautiful!” I remind people that it’s worth staying curious.
I collect the light traces in our darkest moments and weave them into songs that catch others. Not because the world is perfect, but because it’s worth searching for the beautiful.
What drives me
Every new story, every undiscovered game, every book I haven’t read yet. Every fan who rediscovers their own curiosity through my music. Every moment when someone says: “I’d never seen it that way.”
I’m not here to solve others’ problems. I’m here to show that wonders still exist — you just have to know where to look.
“Don’t ask me if it makes sense — ask if it excites me.”
